By accessing and using Shopiex ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Shopiex provides e-commerce platform services including but not limited to:
- WooCommerce store setup and configuration
- Custom domain registration and management
- SSL certificate installation
- Technical support and maintenance
- Training and consultation services
3. User Registration and Account
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Payment Terms
Our pricing structure includes:
- Starter Plan: KES 2,499/month (billing starts 30 days after store launch)
- Custom Plan: Variable pricing based on requirements
- One-time setup fees for domain registration (KES 1,000 for new domains)
- Accepted payment methods: Mpesa and Bank transfer
- 14-day trial period with free cancellation
- Cancellation after 14 days incurs a 1-month billing fee
5. Service Level Agreement
We commit to:
- Store setup completion within 3-7 business days
- 24/7 technical support availability
- 99.9% uptime for hosted services
- Regular security updates and maintenance
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload or transmit harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate security measures
- Pay all fees when due
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Shopiex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shopiex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination and Cancellation
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation policies:
- Free cancellation during the 14-day trial period
- Cancellation after the trial period incurs a 1-month billing fee
